School Counseling Department Information
The School Counseling Office is located in the main building of the school. When you walk into the building, we are directly on the right. Once you arrive, please check in with the Receptionist.

The School Counseling Office is open from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm on Monday - Fridays.
The office will be closed on all school holidays and hours vary during the summer.

Enrollment
For NEW students who are enrolling into Ribault High School, you will need to complete the enrollment forms and bring two forms of verification of address that show the address is within the Riabult school zones. Students who are enrolling from outside of Duval County will need to bring transcripts and the report card from the last school attended. You will also need to bring shot records and a copy of the birth certificate if coming from outside of Duval County. The parent/guardian and the student will need to report to the Guidance Office so the information can be entered and the student can be scheduled.

Records
Transcripts and other records can be obtained from the School Counseling Office. Current students can request transcripts by filling out the transcript request log at the School Counseling front desk. Students may stop by between classes or during lunch. There is a 48 hour processing time to complete transcripts.
For alumni or others needing transcripts, the fee is $5 with a 48 hour processing time. Please contact the records clerk for assistance.
